Join our dynamic team at Beam Suntory as a Visitor Centre Assistant and embark on a journey that will take you to the heart of the spirits industry. As a key member of our Brand Home team, you will have the unique opportunity to promote our premium Whiskey brands to visitors and industry colleagues from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience to visitors from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Suntory Global Spirits brands and company values.
  • Lead distillery tours and on/offsite tastings, showcasing the history and heritage of our distillery.
  • Work across various areas of the visitor centre, including hosting groups, retail shop, and tasting bar.
  • Host all levels of tours, ensuring high standards of customer service and experience.
  • Assist with stock takes, daily banking, and administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with the Visitor Centre Manager to define annual goals and objectives.
  • Ensure Visitor Centre facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong drive and desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
