At Beam Suntory, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. As a Visitor Centre Assistant, you'll play a key role in bringing our premium brand to life, showcasing our unique whiskey to visitors from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of our distillery's history and heritage to share with visitors.
- Lead distillery tours and on/offsite tastings, ensuring a world-class experience for all guests.
- Work across various areas of the visitor centre, including hosting groups, retail, and tasting bar.
- Host tours, delivering high standards of customer service and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing premises, stock takes, and administrative duties.
- Experience in presenting to diverse audiences and a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of our brands and company values, with a current driving license.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism is desirable.
