Join our dynamic team at Beam Suntory as a Visitor Centre Assistant and embark on a journey of discovery and growth. As a key member of our Brand Home team, you will have the unique opportunity to promote our premium Whiskey brands to visitors and industry colleagues from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and experience to visitors from diverse backgrounds.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Suntory Global Spirits brands and company values.
- Collaborate with the Visitor Centre Manager to define annual goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the distillery operations team to ensure operational procedures and H&S practices are adhered to.
- Ensure Visitor Centre facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Experience in presenting to a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on own initiative and build relationships with key stakeholders.
