At Beam Suntory, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences that showcase our premium brands. As a Visitor Centre Assistant, you'll play a key role in bringing our Whiskey to life for visitors and industry colleagues from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Develop in-depth knowledge of our Whiskey brands and company values to deliver engaging tours and tastings.
- Work closely with the Visitor Centre Manager to define annual goals and objectives, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the distillery operations team to maintain high standards of operational procedures and H&S practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and processing sales orders with precision.
- Assist with stock takes, daily banking, and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience in presenting to diverse audiences and a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to deliver presentations to varied audiences.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
