About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our contact centre, you will serve as the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by offering solutions and support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
What We Offer
  • Great work-life balance with only 1 in 3 Saturdays.
  • Monday to Friday, working shifts between 8am - 8pm.
  • Office-based for the initial 6 weeks training period, then fully remote.
  • Full-time contract with 37.5 hours per week.
