We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Brewin Dolphin. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our employees, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Follow established incident management processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Identify trends and proactively implement solutions to prevent technical issues from impacting employees.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides to support the team.
- Take ownership of high-priority incidents and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service desk processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills, including experience with infrastructure, desktop devices, and operating systems.
