About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental & Industrial Risk Advisor to join our team at SUEZ. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and environmentally responsible solutions for water and waste management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and update of the Group IRM platform for the UK, providing remote support to other team members.
  • Work with operational teams to manage defects, track rectification, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain management plans, including Fire Prevention Plans, Odour Management Plans, and Site Management Plans, to ensure sustained accreditation to ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 standards.
  • Provide data to line management for the production of monthly reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field.
  • Professional membership of relevant bodies to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure timely delivery of information.
  • Knowledge of legal reporting requirements, including waste returns, energy efficiency, and permit requirements.
