N2O Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering award-winning out-of-home brand activations that engage and inspire our clients' target audiences.
This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be working closely with internal departments, including creative, finance, talent, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Work with our Client Services and Account Directors to respond to client briefs and establish clear project plans for campaigns.
- Identify and coordinate all relevant resources needed to contribute to the planning, specification, creation, or delivery of a campaign.
- Lead day-to-day management of client deliverables and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and meet clients' key performance indicators (KPIs).
N2O Limited is a leading brand activation agency that wins fans for brands through a unique mix of sampling, experiential, and influencer marketing. Our campaigns engage the right consumers with powerful brand interactions – at home, in-store, out of home, or online.
We apply 20+ years of marketing experience to successfully deliver our clients' requirements, across sectors including FMCG, health and beauty, luxury goods, retail, and technology. Our Head Office is based in Maidenhead, but we also have an office in Welwyn Garden City, and warehouses in Colnbrook and Bedford.
Requirements- A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, and/or evidence of relevant work experience at a successful first-line management level.
- A background in a busy service-based environment, ideally working with FMCG brands.
- A creative mindset and the ability to solve problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize and work well under pressure while managing multiple projects.
- At least 2 years' successful professional experience in a similar Campaign/Account Management role.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenditure and profit and loss (P&L).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills to write strong campaign reports, training documents, internal and external emails, and deliver solid presentations.
- A high level of IT literacy, including the ability to analyze data, use spreadsheets, and produce reports.
- A full driving license.
