We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Assistant Building Manager to join our team at Abbatt Dual Management. As a key member of our luxury property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance are upheld.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Building Manager in the day-to-day operations of the development, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with residents, contractors, and on-site teams.
  • Deputise for the Building Manager in their absence, providing leadership and guidance to ensure continuity of service.
  • Coordinate with contractors and residents on various projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion, and maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Oversee and coordinate with on-site teams, including concierge, security-valet, and housekeeping staff, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally, and providing solutions-oriented support.
  • Monitor and manage building systems, conducting regular inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the management of the property, including record-keeping, reporting, and data analysis.
