Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to Step Up

We're working with a well-established, highly regarded, independent property services group, BBL Property Recruitment Ltd, whose in-house specialists cover property management, asset management, surveying, legal, and agency services.

Within their successful, friendly, and highly motivated block management team, they now have an opportunity for a competent Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager to step up and take on new challenges:

  • Managing a small, trouble-free portfolio comprising approximately 350 units
  • Working office-based to start, moving to a hybrid setup (one day from home) once settled
  • Blocks are resident management companies (RMCs) and freeholders, all in good order with excellent working relationships and healthy finances
  • You will undertake the full range of duties from budgeting to insurance, inspections to major works, in addition to regular site visits and annual general meetings (AGMs) as required
  • Proactivity, customer care, and accountability are essential, as demonstrated by the highly incentivized package enabling an OTE of £45-50k
  • Drawing on in-house expertise relating to legal, surveying, and finance as appropriate
  • Highly incentivized remuneration, including bonuses for in-house work referrals (legal, survey, etc.), positive Google reviews/customer feedback, and profit share (£5-15k achievable on average)

Suitable Assistant Property Managers/Junior Property Managers will come from a stable career background, have 2-3 years' experience, and be motivated to proactively manage blocks to retain valued clients through exceeding expectations.

In addition to a starting basic salary around £38k, the successful Assistant Property Manager/Junior Property Manager will enjoy a generous holiday allowance, incentives enabling OTE in excess of £45k, support for IRPM qualification, and a genuine career path.
