Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders, while ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Property Manager in the management of multiple residential developments, ensuring that all leasehold management tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with service charge matters, major works projects, and insurance, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Visit residential sites on a regular basis to ensure that residents are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the overall management of our residential properties.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in leasehold management, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of leasehold management practices and procedures, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
