As a Territory Sales Manager, you will serve as the brand's representative, ensuring that Red Bull is accessible and prominent in essential venues, allowing consumers to discover our products when they need them most. Focusing on the fitness sector, your role will involve ensuring that consumers choose Red Bull as part of their workout regimen. You will identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with independent and small chain fitness centers within your territory. Your mission is to position Red Bull as the leading energy drink in the fitness community by encouraging product trials and visibility in every gym. This will require you to create and prioritize a strategic list of relevant gyms in your area, immersing yourself in the local fitness culture and establishing strong connections with key decision-makers and influential figures.

Role Responsibilities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Develop a comprehensive fitness database in your territory that aligns with Red Bull's objectives and regional goals.
Identify opportunities within this database to enhance Red Bull's availability and secure new partnerships.
Execute regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team to ensure Red Bull remains top-of-mind and drives sales.

CONTACT STRATEGY

Foster effective working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including regular assessments with important partners.
Utilize contacts within the fitness industry to boost brand awareness and education.
Ensure all contacts are well-informed about Red Bull as a brand and product to cultivate brand advocates.
Optimize your contact strategy to maximize the availability and visibility of Red Bull.

FITNESS STRATEGY

Develop a regional strategy aimed at increasing distribution in fitness venues within your territory.
Ensure that this strategy complements the overarching sports strategy set by the National Sales Manager while leveraging local trends and opportunities.

REGIONAL GROUPS

Oversee multiple operating and franchise groups in your territory, engaging with key decision-makers at a regional level.
Formulate joint business plans to unlock new distribution channels.

Qualifications

A strong passion and experience in the fitness industry, with an understanding of the venues you will be working with and their operations.
A proven track record of meeting targets.
Essential skills for success include communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
Ability to craft and present a compelling narrative with insights and commercial awareness.
Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
