About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Team Support Executive. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our department and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in carrying out administrative tasks to build and maintain great client relationships.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and deliverables.
  • Assist individual team members in project work, demonstrating individuality and flair while working within a brief for one of our clients.
  • Support the Hospitality Operators and Food Team with the smooth running and development of the department.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely data supply.
  • Quality check team output.
  • Support work scheduling and team planning.
  • Support project-based output of the team and conduct desk research for client deliveries.
  • Assist with event planning and management.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid office situation.
  • Strong team player with a creative and energetic approach.
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent required.
