We are seeking a skilled People Consultant to join our team at Royal London. As a key member of our People Leader Advisory team, you will provide expert guidance and support to our People Leaders on a range of people-related matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing people policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Providing specialist advisory services on employment law and people management best practices.
- Supporting the development of our People Leaders through coaching, guidance, and advice.
- Contributing to the overall Leader Advisory Service to enable our People Leaders to fulfill their responsibilities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sound technical skills in employment legislation and people policies.
- Ability to evidence depth of expertise and technical skills in ER case management.
- Effective consultancy skills and ability to provide advice, guidance, support, and challenge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
