About the Role
We are seeking a skilled People Consultant to join our Royal London People Leader Advisory team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This exciting opportunity will support People Leaders across the organization on people-related matters, including people management, policy advice, performance, development, talent, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people policies, assessing their effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide specialist advisory services to People Leaders on all aspects of case management, including employment legislation and people policies.
- Offer coaching, guidance, and advice on performance, development, talent, and succession planning.
- Escalate performance and reward queries, talent and capability queries, and champion the People Team operating model.
About You
- Proven technical skills in employment legislation and people policies.
- Ability to evidence depth of expertise and technical skills in ER case management.
- Effective consultancy skills and ability to provide advice, guidance, support, and challenge across a broad range of generalist areas.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
