About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Royal London Group. As a key member of our People Function, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day function activities, including budget management, requisition processing, and end-of-year processes.
- Coordinate and plan all People activities, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior leadership team, developing a strong understanding of our people processes and practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administration role, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with Oracle or other budget management systems.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
