About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Royal London Group. As a key member of our People Function, you will provide administration and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day function activities, including budget management and supporting senior leadership teams.
- Coordinate and plan all People activities, meetings, and events.
- Provide administration support to the Senior leadership team, building a good working knowledge of our people processes and practices.
Requirements
- Broad range of knowledge and experience gained through working within an administration role, understanding confidentiality and privacy.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, numerical, and presentation formats.
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in Oracle or other budget management systems would be advantageous.
- Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
