Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day function activities, including budget management and supporting senior leadership teams.
  • Coordinate and plan all People activities, meetings, and events.
  • Provide administration support to the Senior leadership team, building a good working knowledge of our people processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Broad range of knowledge and experience gained through working within an administration role, understanding confidentiality and privacy.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, numerical, and presentation formats.
  • Expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in Oracle or other budget management systems would be advantageous.
  • Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
