We are seeking a skilled People Administrator to provide administration and coordination support for the Group People Function. This role will involve working closely with the People Business Manager and other stakeholders to deliver key activities and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day function activities, including budget management and supporting the senior leadership team.
  • Coordinate and plan for all People activities, meetings, and events.
  • Provide administration support for the Senior leadership team, building a good working knowledge of the Royal London people process and practices.

Requirements

  • Proven administration experience with a broad range of knowledge and skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in Oracle or other budget management systems would be advantageous.
