We are seeking a highly skilled People Consultant to join our Royal London People Leader Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and guidance to People Leaders across the organisation on a range of people-related matters. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting the development and implementation of people policies, as well as providing specialist advisory functions on case management and employee relations. You will work closely with our People Leaders to build capability and manage cases effectively, providing coaching, guidance, and advice on a broad range of generalist people activities. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall Leader Advisory Service (Tier 2) to enable People Leaders to fulfill their responsibilities. Your skills and experience will be essential in championing the People Team operating model and providing a point of escalation for People Leader Advisors and People Services Coordinators. If you have a sound understanding of employment legislation and people policies, and are able to evidence depth of expertise and technical skills in ER case management, we would love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have excellent consultancy skills, be able to provide advice, guidance, support, and challenge across a broad range of generalist areas, and have a keen eye for identifying risks.
