Senior Facilities Manager

Forseven, a pioneering company revolutionizing the electric vehicle industry, is seeking an exceptional Senior Facilities Manager to lead our UK estate portfolio. This pivotal role will be based at our office in Bicester, with regular travel to various locations within the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of building maintenance and operational efficiency across all properties in the estate.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for all facilities.
- Develop partnerships with contractors and service providers to deliver high-quality services efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and property planning to ensure the sustainability and resilience of the estate.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in facility management practices, promoting sustainable and efficient operations.
- Successfully manage the closing down of sites, including overseeing dilapidation works and ensuring all lease end requirements are met.
- Effectively handle escalated issues related to facility operations and maintenance, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Lead and manage a team of Facilities Managers and Coordinators, implementing a robust organizational design.
- Oversee the Real Estate Facilities budget, starting at £2 million, with potential for expansion.
- Develop and operationalize a 24-month horizon plan to cover maintenance, contracts, and legislation changes.
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within a mixed-use or multi-site environment.
- Chartered member of IWFM or international equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, IOSH managing safely or NEBOSH.
- Proven ability to manage landlord relations, maintaining effective communication and negotiation to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and process implementation.
- Experience in move planning and execution, ensuring seamless transitions during relocations or office reconfigurations.
- Proven experience of leading and managing a team.
