About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Director to join our team at Prime. As a key member of our scientific affairs team, you will be responsible for providing scientific and communication support to our clients and accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scientific input and support to clients and accounts, working closely with our editorial and account teams.
  • Develop and implement account strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
  • Attend workshops and meetings, facilitating discussions and ensuring effective communication.
  • Identify gaps in services or product offerings and develop solutions to drive organic growth.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in healthcare agency roles, with increasing seniority.
  • Breadth of experience across project types, therapeutic areas, and client types.
  • Strong appreciation of business needs and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven interest in science, strategy, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience in strategic planning, new business proposals, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills.
