About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Scientific Director to join our Medical Education team at Health Unlimited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional scientific content and strategic guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert editorial guidance and strategic insights on written material across the team and to senior management.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and improve clarity of project outcomes.
  • Confidently review and sign off written work from other members of the editorial team.
  • Trusted scientific partner and client counsel on accounts under your remit, gaining the respect and trust of clients.
  • Proactive development of existing accounts through identification of opportunities for growth and conversion into new or ongoing work from clients.
Requirements
  • Editorial proficiency with an extensive track record of delivering a range of different written outputs.
  • Strategic and scientific leadership with a trusted scientific partner and client counsel on accounts under your remit.
  • Leadership and team responsibilities including mentoring and line-managing team members, ensuring highest scientific standards and clinical accuracy across projects and teams.
  • New business responsibilities including generating new ideas/proposals for organic growth with existing clients and successfully pitching for new business and presenting proposals.
