As a vital member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient response to emergency and non-emergency calls. Your responsibilities will encompass dispatching ambulance resources to various locations, effectively managing communication channels, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the deployment of ambulance crews to emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with dispatchers, paramedics, and other relevant personnel.
  • Utilize advanced computer systems and software to access patient information and track ambulance locations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English.
  • Proven experience interacting with diverse individuals in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
