Assistant Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Oxford Innovation Space. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our centre.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operational management of the centre, including maintenance, health and safety, and security.
  • Support the Centre Director/Manager in financial management, including budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of quality service and customer care within the centre.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and initiatives to promote the centre and its services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Experience in operational management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • IT literate, with experience of using software applications and systems.
