Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Operations Manager to join our team at Oxford Innovation Space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with setting, monitoring, and developing standards for the centre's presentation, including cleanliness, health and safety, and security.
  • Maintain and deliver the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule in a timely manner.
  • Assist in procurement and management of contractors, suppliers, and consumables.
  • Implement and monitor centre standards and criteria with the centre team.
  • Manage centre assets, stock, and inventory, and replenish consumables as required.
  • Assist in setting up, reporting, and maintaining in-house IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and mandatory obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the operational running of an asset of the size, character, and quality of the relevant centre.
  • Previous experience in a letting office environment is preferred.
  • Clear management skills to manage a team within a service environment, ensuring overall performance is maximised.
  • Evidence of negotiation skills within previous roles.
What We Offer:
  • Salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.
