We are currently seeking an

HR Business Advisor for the Northern Region

This role will report directly to the HR Manager for the Northern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional HR service to our employees and managers in the Northern Region.
  • Foster strong, customer-focused relationships with both managers and employees.
  • Develop, communicate, and uphold human resources policies and procedures that align with best practices and employment law. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in the application of these policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement company-wide programs and initiatives, assisting with talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits processes as needed.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR systems data; manage database access and generate reports as required.
  • Support the monthly payroll and benefits administration for all employees, coordinating with the internal payroll team.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and conduct audits as necessary.
  • Promote a positive employee engagement culture across the region and assist business leaders with engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in key HR projects across the EMEA region as required.
  • Ensure that all HR support provided to the business is compliant, high-quality, and timely.

  • Degree-level education and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, employment law, payroll, and benefits in the UK.
  • Familiarity with country-specific legislative data privacy requirements and compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High level of proficiency with Workday.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and the integrity of sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
