About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy to support the growth and culture of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Articulate a Clear People Strategy: Create a clear and compelling people strategy that aligns with our brand and operational goals.
  • Lead HR Team: Directly manage HR managers in each region and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Executive Team: Work closely with the Executive team to drive the HR agenda and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and Implement Performance Appraisal Program: Design and implement a meritocratic performance appraisal program that recognizes and rewards outstanding performance consistently across the business.
  • Individual Training Programs: Create and maintain individual training programs and career development plans to promote internal development and career progression.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and enforce diversity and inclusion policies across the organization to ensure a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures respect all local and regional regulations and stay updated with international employment laws and practices.
  • Talent Attraction: Develop strategies to attract top talent and promote our employer brand.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a multi-site international organization within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of employment law in different countries and excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Skills: Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
