About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our property team as a Property Portfolio Administrator.

This is a full-time permanent role consisting of a 37.5hr week covering a Monday to Friday working week, with scope for some flexible hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining a portfolio of fast-paced property receivership appointments, liaising closely with owners, occupiers and mortgage providers to negotiate a successful conclusion of a property sale or a refinance solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate properties to ensure compliance with tenancy, HMO licensing and Health & Safety regulations
  • Instruct necessary partners to assist in finding solutions
  • Regular interaction with property agents, finance brokers, solicitors and tenants to assist in achieving the realisation strategy required by the client
  • Assist in growing and streamlining the role as you progress
Requirements

A knowledge of insolvency or a legal/secured lending background would be preferred but not essential.

Full on-the-job training will be provided.
