**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Administrator to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our property management division, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Carry out general administrative duties to help the property management team
* Assist in clearing paperwork and uploading onto CRM system
* Take calls, emails, and post
* Update and maintain the property management database
* Organize and manage paperwork, including filing and archiving
**Requirements:**
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think on your feet and handle a high volume of work
