About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential care home in Lytham St. Annes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of our young people.
  • Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard, meeting all regulatory requirements and National Minimum Standards.
  • Manage complaints and concerns, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving the quality of care.
Requirements and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or a willingness to start within 6 months of employment.
  • Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A full UK driving license.
