Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our McLaren Performance Hub team at Arrow McLaren IndyCar. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and performance of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Primary Care Services: Conduct clinical consultations, assess, diagnose, and manage primary care clinical cases in an occupational environment.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and optimize employee health and performance.
  • Promote Health and Well-being: Foster a culture of health and well-being within Arrow McLaren IndyCar, offering preventative care advice and guidance.
  • Prescribe Appropriate Treatments: Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and medical history.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent.
  • Specialist Register: Listed on GMC Specialist Register for primary care.
  • Annual Appraisal: Up to date with annual appraisal process and revalidation cycle.
  • Primary Care Experience: Qualified GP with experience in primary care.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within a multi-disciplinary team.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Women's Health Experience: Experience and a qualification in delivering women's health (e.g. DRCOG).
  • Corporate Healthcare Experience: Experience in corporate healthcare and occupational medicine (e.g. Dip Occ Med).

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
