- Full electrical qualification (City & Guilds, ONC, HNC)
- Experience in the electrical/electronic industry
- Understanding of electrical circuits and measurement tools
- Competence with technological tools
- Capability to assist others in problem-solving remotely
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a strong work ethic
