About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Engagement Manager to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client assignments and provide value-added advice to clients.
  • Assist in the development of junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Nottingham office, working closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives.
