About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Engagement Manager to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client assignments and add value to client businesses.
  • Assist in the development of junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow within the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
