Academic Liaison Officer

Job Title: Academic Officer
Location: Remote
Salary: £105 - £125 per day
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Officer to join Prospero Teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance, making home visits and promoting a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record student attendance
- Identify and address patterns of non-attendance
- Make home visits to improve student attendance
- Work closely with families, carers and external agencies
- Maintain accurate attendance records and reports
- Implement strategies to improve overall attendance rates
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Academic Officer or a similar role
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation
- Valid driving license and access to a car
- Business insurance for car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
