Job Title: Female SIA Door Supervisor

We are Showsec, a leading venue and event security specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional crowd management services.

We are seeking a Female SIA Door Supervisor to join our team in north London, working primarily at Drumsheds, a vibrant event space in Tottenham. This is a casual agreement, offering flexibility to choose how frequently you work.

As a Female SIA Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and customers. You will work closely with our team to deliver excellent service, maintain a safe and secure environment, and respond to incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre and post-event checks
  • Assist with safe and effective ingress, egress, and queue management
  • Manage conflict and complete safe, lawful ejections
  • Check passes, accreditation, and ticket checks
  • Conduct effective patrols of the site or venue
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and preserve crime scenes
  • Monitor spectators for signs of distress, overcrowding, and inappropriate behavior
  • Be vigilant and identify potential hazards and suspicious behavior
  • Assist with evacuation and invacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures
  • Understand and apply relevant law and legislation to the role
  • Ensure fire exits and evacuation routes are always kept clear
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to

  • A minimum hourly rate of £15.29 per hour, with a maximum hourly rate of £17.76 per hour

Requirements:
  • A valid in-date SIA Door Supervisor licence
