We are Showsec, a leading venue and event security specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional crowd management solutions.

As a Female SIA Door Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to work at Drumsheds, a unique and vibrant event space in Tottenham, although you may also have opportunities to work at other venues across London.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in taking the initiative to implement crowd safety measures. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre and post-event checks
  • Assist with safe and effective ingress, egress, and queue management
  • Effective management of conflict and complete safe, lawful ejections
  • Checking passes, accreditation, and ticket checks
  • Effective patrols of the site or venue
  • Effective response to incidents, emergencies, and preservation of crime scenes
  • Monitor spectators for signs of distress, overcrowding, and inappropriate behavior and report these to the on-shift supervisor
  • Be vigilant, identify potential hazards, and suspicious behavior and report to the on-shift supervisor
  • Assist with evacuation and invacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures
  • Understand and effectively apply relevant law and legislation to the role
  • Ensure fire exits and evacuation routes are always kept clear
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to by all stakeholders
  • Understand and execute duties commensurate with licensable activities and venue license requirements
What We Offer:
  • A minimum hourly rate of £15.29 per hour (comprising a pay rate of £13.64 and indicative holiday pay of £1.65) and a maximum hourly rate of £17.76 per hour (comprising a pay rate of £15.85 and indicative holiday pay of £1.91)
