Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at Workingmums. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests.
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel and guests are allowed entry.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and prevent any potential security risks.
- Respond to and resolve any security incidents or emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with our security team to ensure that all security protocols are followed and that our clients' premises are secure at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Be well-presented and smart.
- Have excellent timekeeping skills.
- Be able to communicate well with others and work as part of a team.
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License (minimum).
- Able to speak fluent English.
- Previous experience in a security role is preferred.
- Being able to lead the team on a shift-to-shift basis.
- Being able to ensure the necessary paperwork is completed on each shift.
- Must be comfortable in a pub/bar/club environment.
- Must be comfortable in establishments that sell alcohol.
