Job SummaryThis role within our UK Offshore Fishing and Remedial Field requires a Field Specialist with downhole and well abandonment experience in the drilling field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fishing and general interventions, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the scope of work in accordance with operations documentation.
- Liaise with the customer's field management team on operational matters.
- Verify that pre-made assemblies are clearly marked in accordance with inspection and test status markers and BHA connection makeup torque procedures.
- Complete job logs as required.
- Report operational status and performance issues to the base operations manager or supervisor.
- Perform service tasks as required.
- Ensure access to relevant pre-job supporting documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of fishing and general interventions experience.
- Technical or engineering degree or field experience.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, managers, and colleagues.
