At Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS), we are seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our UK Offshore Fishing and Remedial Field team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the scope of work in accordance with operations documentation, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
- Liaise with the customer's field management team to address operational matters, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Verify that pre-made assemblies are accurately marked in accordance with inspection and test status markers and BHA Connection Makeup Torque Procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain detailed job logs as required, providing a clear record of activities and outcomes.
- Report operational status and performance issues to the base operations manager or supervisor, facilitating prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
- Perform service tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
- Ensure access to relevant pre-job supporting documentation, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fishing and general interventions, with a strong understanding of drilling operations.
- Technical or engineering degree or relevant field experience, with a solid foundation in drilling principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and managers.
- Strong client relationship skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
