About the Role

As a Site Manager at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for driving performance, optimizing productivity, and ensuring a positive working environment. You will lead a team to achieve company objectives, maintain compliance with operational standards, and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and prioritize tasks to achieve business goals
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve targets
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Manage inventory, minimize waste, and maintain high standards
  • Monitor health and safety measures and compliance

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the grocery or retail industry
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commercial acumen and key performance indicator (KPI) performance
  • Passion for success and growth
  • Right to work in the region
