About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Manager to lead our Fleet store to success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering strong community relationships, and ensuring our shop remains a vibrant hub for our mission to care for animals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, volunteers, and local community groups.
  • Lead a team of volunteers to ensure efficient store operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to retail standards.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
About You

We are looking for a retail professional with a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets. You will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and volunteers. Your great organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to upholding high standards of health and safety will be essential in this role.
