Job Description

As the Fleet and Driver Manager, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of our fleet and drivers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Fleet Management

Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and utilization of our fleet, including luxury vehicles and motor coaches.

Driver Management

Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Compliance and Operational Efficiency

Ensure compliance with federal Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations as well as New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) regulations.

Develop and implement procedures to improve fleet utilization, reduce operational costs, and enhance service quality.

Incident Management and 24/7 Emergency Response

Handle any incidents involving fleet vehicles or drivers, ensuring prompt resolution.

Take full responsibility for managing fleet breakdowns and handling emergency situations around the clock.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and analyze reports on fleet performance, driver metrics, and operational costs to guide decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the luxury transportation or logistics industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of drivers and a large fleet of vehicles.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to respond to emergencies and manage fleet issues 24/7.
