Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Opportunity

You will manage customer contacts through various channels, working independently and as part of a team to ensure that the customers' experience with Frasers Group is the best that it can be. You will work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent and personable customer service to Frasers Group customers.
  • Work with the highest standard of verbal and written communication to resolve customer issues.
  • Log, record, and resolve customer contacts and issues in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints, liaising with various departments to reach best resolutions.
  • Take action on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers and/or resolve concerns.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. You should be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong ability to work well under pressure and multitask. You should also have a natural ability to work independently within an established team and be a strong team player and role model.
