Job Description
ADM Agriculture is dedicated to providing exceptional service to farmers and consumers across England. We offer a comprehensive supply chain that integrates our UK assets in milling and oilseed processing, along with a wide array of non-grain feed ingredients for the feed and fuel sectors, as well as a full selection of seed and fertilizer products.Your Responsibilities & Role Purpose
- Take charge of purchasing combinable crops while marketing high-quality seed and fertilizer products, and promoting ADM Agriculture's superior technical services to farmers.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts while establishing relationships and securing business with new clients.
- Procure grain, oilseeds, and pulses from farmer customers, focusing on both current accounts and new business development.
- Negotiate contracts with farmers, adhering to the terms and pricing guidelines set by ADM Traders.
- Market seed and fertilizer products to both established accounts and potential new clients.
- Actively support promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Retail department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by following up on business inquiries.
- Utilize company resources to promote technical services to farmers.
- Effectively manage your workload to maximize account potential and business opportunities.
Your Profile
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of combinable crops, oilseed rape, pulses, and their respective markets.
- Familiarity with AIC and FOSFA grain contracts.
- Knowledge of various seed types and treatments.
- Understanding of different fertilizer types and their applications.
Experience
- Background in arable farming.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, and capable of using specialized systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
