About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Nailsea, Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a range of activities, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance for clients across the North Somerset region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to meet client requirements
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and maintain grounds to a high standard
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize risk to staff and clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance with a strong understanding of safety procedures
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid UK driving license
  • PA1 and PA6 certificates an advantage but not essential
