National Sales Manager - Construction Products

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives across the UK and taking overall responsibility for two of our Industrial product value streams - Blocks and Industrial Sands.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering improved performance through the combination of people and process, with an in-depth knowledge of sales margins and sales budgets. You will demonstrate a strong sales and commercial acumen, meeting all business KPIs, and ensuring the customer is at the heart of all you do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives across the UK
  • Take overall responsibility for two Industrial product value streams - Blocks and Industrial Sands
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage sales margins and sales budgets
  • Work closely with manufacturing operations to understand production output and bottom-line profitability

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering improved performance through people and process
  • In-depth knowledge of sales margins and sales budgets
  • Strong sales and commercial acumen
  • Ability to lead a team of sales representatives
  • Experience working in a construction materials sales environment
