**Job Purpose:**
From a central office location, provide comprehensive management and leadership for a multi-skilled team of Service Dispatchers and Administrators to deliver the highest level of customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective work planning and scheduling processes
- Manage and coordinate interactions with internal departments and external contractors to deliver end-to-end process delivery
- Lead and coach team members to achieve exceptional customer service standards
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in work planning and scheduling
- Experience in a call centre environment is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage and coach people at all levels and remotely
- Organized and excellent timekeeper
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing operational requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365
- SAP experience is a plus
