Job Overview

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Rostering Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for the effective planning and management of ambulance resources, ensuring seamless coverage and efficient use of staff.

Main Duties

  • Develop and implement daily shift allocation plans to meet operational requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff hours, shifts, and leave.
  • Collaborate with other rostering coordinators and senior staff to ensure effective coverage and contingency planning.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including performance reporting and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six months experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of operational requirements and customer/patient care.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
