The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the effective management of all subcontractor documentation and information.
Key Responsibilities- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Teams, including Construction and Project Managers, to determine project timelines, particularly focusing on the final completion date and the timeline for the draft Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
- Documentation Management: In partnership with the O&M Manager, develop draft templates for O&M Manuals and distribute them to the Project Team for the necessary sections to be filled out.
- Subcontractor Communication: Notify subcontractors regarding handover schedules and deadlines for required information through various communication methods.
- Meeting Participation: Attend project site meetings as necessary to ensure alignment and progress.
- Workload Prioritization: Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports and maintain tracker schedules for project evaluations.
- Technical Proficiency: Exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams, ensuring that all project components are aligned and on track.
